Ordinary in-stock orders

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Available shipping charges and delivery estimates, when available, are displayed at checkout. This ordinary-order processing estimate does not apply to Founders Release pre-orders.

Founders Release pre-orders

Founders Release purchases are pre-orders and are not available for immediate shipment. Customers pay 100% of the purchase price at order placement.

Founders Release orders are expected to begin dispatching approximately six months after the Founders Release closes at its published closing date and time in Central Time. This is an estimated dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit time is additional and begins after dispatch. A campaign extension does not automatically extend the previously communicated estimated dispatch timeframe for existing customers.

Production, changes and cancellation

Production begins for a product when Nomadic Roots authorizes or commits that product's Founders Release production run for manufacturing.

You may cancel an applicable Founders Release product for a full refund until production begins for that product. Once production begins for that product, voluntary pre-order cancellation ends, subject to applicable law. For mixed-product orders, cancellation eligibility is evaluated by applicable product/item; production of one product does not end cancellation eligibility for another product that has not entered production.

You may request product/order changes before production begins for the applicable product. Changes are subject to availability and feasibility and are not guaranteed. Product/order modifications are not promised after applicable-product production begins.

Production communications and material delays

Email is the authoritative channel for material Founders Release production communications. Communications include order confirmation, material production updates when warranted, applicable-product production-start notification, material-delay or revised-estimate notification when applicable, and shipping/tracking notification. There is no fixed production-update cadence. The production-start email documents the milestone; customer acknowledgement or opening of the email is not required for production to begin.

If the estimated dispatch timeframe materially changes, affected customers will receive a revised estimate by email. Before applicable-product production begins, the Founders Release cancellation right remains available. Once production has begun, schedule delay alone does not create an additional voluntary cancellation right, subject to applicable law.

Destinations, eligibility and shipping charges

At launch, Founders Release orders are available in the United States and for eligible Canadian destinations/products only. No other international destinations are offered for the Founders Release at launch. Availability is controlled by product and destination eligibility, including regulatory and carrier restrictions. Fragrance and other products may not be eligible for every Canadian destination.

Complimentary standard shipping applies to eligible U.S. and Canadian Founders Release orders. Express or expedited Founders Release shipping is not promised at launch. Canadian customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, brokerage or import charges not collected by Nomadic Roots.

Address changes

You may request a shipping-address change until fulfillment begins. Nomadic Roots will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Shipping and tracking

Tracking becomes available when the order is fulfilled/shipped and carrier tracking information exists. Shipment tracking is not available during production.

Any carrier transit estimate shown at checkout applies only after production and dispatch; it excludes the Founders Release production period.

Shipment problems

For carrier loss, material transit delays, or delivered-but-not-received claims, contact Client Services. Nomadic Roots may investigate with the carrier and customer. A report of a missing package or a delivered tracking status does not automatically result in a refund or replacement. Depending on the circumstances, resolution may include replacement when appropriate and inventory permits, a refund when appropriate, or another remedy required by applicable law.

Inability to fulfill

If Nomadic Roots determines that it cannot fulfill a Founders Release product, the affected purchase will be refunded, including applicable item-level tax where required. For mixed orders, available products may be fulfilled when appropriate and unavailable items refunded rather than automatically cancelling the entire order. Mandatory store credit will not replace a refund.

Once a refund is approved, Nomadic Roots initiates the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Additional posting time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
