Contact Client Services as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once an ordinary order has entered processing or fulfillment. Founders Release products follow the separate production-based rules below.

The Founders Release offers products for pre-order before they are available for regular fulfillment. Products are not available for immediate shipment. The release has a published closing date and time in Central Time.

For Founders Release pre-orders, 100% of the purchase price is charged when you place the order.

Founders Release orders are expected to begin dispatching approximately six months after the Founders Release closes at its published closing date and time in Central Time. This is an estimated dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit time is additional and begins after dispatch. A campaign extension does not automatically extend the previously communicated estimated dispatch timeframe for existing customers. See our Shipping Policy.

You may cancel the applicable product for a full refund until production begins for that product. Mixed-product orders are evaluated by applicable product/item; one product entering production does not end cancellation eligibility for other products. See our Refund Policy.

Production begins for a product when Nomadic Roots authorizes or commits that product's Founders Release production run for manufacturing. Voluntary cancellation ends for that product at this milestone, subject to applicable law. We notify affected customers by email; opening or acknowledging the email is not required for the milestone to occur.

Affected customers receive a revised estimate by email if the timeframe materially changes. Cancellation remains available before applicable-product production begins. After production begins, schedule delay alone does not create an additional voluntary cancellation right, subject to applicable law.

You may request a shipping-address change until fulfillment begins. Nomadic Roots will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. Contact Client Services at clientservices@nomadicroots.com.

You may request product/order changes before production begins for the applicable product. Changes are subject to availability and feasibility and are not guaranteed. Product/order modifications are not promised after applicable-product production begins. Contact Client Services at clientservices@nomadicroots.com.

Email is the authoritative channel for material Founders Release production communications. We send order confirmation, material production updates when warranted, applicable-product production-start notification, material-delay/revised-estimate notification when applicable, and shipping/tracking notification. There is no fixed update cadence.

Tracking becomes available when the order is fulfilled/shipped and carrier tracking information exists. Shipment tracking is not available during production.

The affected purchase will be refunded, including applicable item-level tax where required. In mixed orders, available products may be fulfilled when appropriate and unavailable items refunded. Mandatory store credit will not replace a refund. See our Refund Policy.

At launch, Founders Release orders are available in the United States and for eligible Canadian destinations/products only. No other international destinations are offered for the Founders Release at launch. Availability is controlled by product and destination eligibility, including regulatory and carrier restrictions. Fragrance and other products may not be eligible for every Canadian destination. See our Shipping Policy.

Complimentary standard shipping applies to eligible U.S. and Canadian Founders Release orders. Express or expedited Founders Release shipping is not promised at launch.

Canadian customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, brokerage or import charges not collected by Nomadic Roots. Product and destination eligibility restrictions apply.

Contact Client Services. We may investigate with the carrier and customer. Refunds or replacements are not automatic; resolution depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Replacement may be offered when appropriate and inventory permits. See our Shipping Policy.

Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, including for Founders Release purchases. Contact Client Services before sending a return and wait for return instructions. See our Refund Policy.

Eligible unopened or gently used products may qualify. Reasonable product trial may qualify as gently used. Substantially consumed, intentionally altered, misused products, or use beyond normal product evaluation, may be excluded. Founders Release purchases are not automatically final sale.

Customers pay normal preference/change-of-mind return shipping. For qualifying damaged, defective, leaking or incorrect merchandise, Nomadic Roots covers the appropriate resolution and associated shipping costs.

Contact Client Services preferably within 7 days of delivery so we can address the issue promptly. This preferred period does not waive rights under applicable law. We may request reasonable documentation, including photographs where appropriate. See our Refund Policy.

We do not offer standard direct exchanges. For preference changes, return an eligible product and place a new order, subject to availability. For qualifying problem merchandise, replacement may be offered when appropriate and inventory permits. Inventory is not guaranteed; an appropriate refund or other remedy may be provided if replacement is unavailable.

Once a refund is approved, Nomadic Roots initiates the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Additional posting time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Spectrum 138 is currently an experience and technology destination. Shade selection, purchasing and shade matching are not currently available on this website.
